Lisa Alvarado

Lisa Alvarado is a leadership coach and consultant with a background rooted in both behavioral science and real-world operational leadership. She holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a professional license in integrative coaching, bringing a rich, evidence-based foundation to her work.

For more than 20 years, Lisa led and developed teams within dentistry—supporting practice owners, clinical teams, and operational leaders through seasons of growth, challenge, and transformation. Her deep experience in culture-building, communication, emotional intelligence, and team dynamics allows her to connect with clients at every level of leadership.

Today, Lisa partners with leaders, teams, and organizations who want to grow with purpose. Her coaching and facilitation style is warm, practical, faith-aligned, and deeply attuned to the human side of leadership. She is passionate about helping people uncover clarity, build healthy rhythms, and experience more joy in their work and life.

Sandra Candia, RDA

With over 25 years in dentistry, Sandra brings a rare combination of deep clinical expertise, operational excellence, and a heart for developing people. She has completed advanced training including Spear, Pankey, and Dawson, and numerous continuing education pathways. She is known not only for her technical mastery but for her remarkable ability to immediately recognize how systems, workflows, and patient experiences can be improved—and then take swift, thoughtful action to elevate them.

Sandra is a true partner in every sense of the word. She works alongside dental teams to strengthen communication, streamline clinical workflows, and empower assistants to perform at the top of their skillset. Her talent lies in developing people: helping team members grow in confidence, competence, and clarity so that the doctor can focus on only what he or she alone is licensed to do. When Sandra steps into a practice, she brings order, energy, and excellence. The result is a high-producing, relationally driven, patient-centered practice where everyone operates at their full potential.

Beyond her professional expertise, Sandra is fueled by a profound commitment to service. She and her husband have two children, Anelise and Elijah, and in her free time she channels her passion for helping others as she serves her friends and community. One of her legacy projects is founding Permian Basin Be the Change, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing healing, hope, and connection to youth across the region.
