The Emotional Intelligence Workshop is led by Lisa Alvarado and Bill Woodburn, M.Ed., LPC, LMFT, a nationally recognized counselor, educator, and facilitator. Bill brings over 30 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations navigate human behavior, relational dynamics, and the patterns that shape group culture. His teaching blends deep insight with an off-beat sense of humor, vivid storytelling, and creative interactions that make learning both meaningful and memorable.
Bill’s background as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage & Family Therapist enriches the workshop with a level of depth rarely found in dental or organizational training.
