About Empower Choice

Lisa Alvarado is a leadership coach and consultant with a background rooted in both behavioral science and real-world operational leadership. She holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a professional license in integrative coaching, bringing a rich, evidence-based foundation to her work.

For more than 20 years, Lisa led and developed teams within dentistry—supporting practice owners, clinical teams, and operational leaders through seasons of growth, challenge, and transformation. Her deep experience in culture-building, communication, emotional intelligence, and team dynamics allows her to connect with clients at every level of leadership.

 

Today, Lisa partners with leaders, teams, and organizations who want to grow with purpose. Her coaching and facilitation style is warm, practical, faith-aligned, and deeply attuned to the human side of leadership. She is passionate about helping people uncover clarity, build healthy rhythms, and experience more joy in their work and life.

Mission

I guide individuals and groups beyond their obstacles and limitations into the freedom they were created for in their work, life, and love. I consistently move toward my passions and inspire those who God places in my path to do the same. This shows up as a mother, a neighbor, a friend, a community member, a team member, and a business owner. I serve in the business arena as a highly influential communications and systems coach showing the way to clean, clear listening and response that invites productive and efficient business practices and relationships. I lead with a collaborative style to reveal hope and possibility in all aspects of life, including health, family, relationships, and work. I work with diligence to complete my work from a place a joy and encourage that as the ideal design by our Creator.
